SC Plant
A suspension concentrate (SC) is a type of pesticide formulation where the active ingredient is finely ground and suspended in a liquid carrier. This formulation is designed to provide a stable suspension that can be easily mixed with water for application.
SCs are easier to handle and mix compared to wettable powders or dust formulations.
2.
WDG Formulation Plant
Water-dispersible granules (WDGs), also known as dry flowables, are a type of pesticide formulation where the active ingredient is formulated into granules that disperse readily in water. When mixed with water these granules break down into fine particles that form a suspension, which can then be applied using standard spraying equipment.
WDGs are easy to handle and measure, and they generally have a longer shelf ife compared to liquid formulations.
3.
EC Formulation Plant
An emulsion concentrate (EC) is a type of pesticide formulation where the active ingredient, which is usually a hydrophobic (oil- soluble) compound, is dissolved in an organic solvent and emulsified with water. When mixed with water, ECs form a milky emulsion that can be applied using standard spraying equipment.
ECs can be used with a wide range of active ingredients, making them suitable for various pest control applications.
4.
ACM Plant
An Asphalt Concentrate Mixture (ACM) plant in the pesticide industry is likely a specialized facility that produces formulations for pesticides, particularly those that use asphalt or similar compounds as carriers or stabilizers.
It creates a stable base for certain pesticide formulations, enhancing adherence to surfaces and improving effectiveness.
5.
Max Flow Mill
The Nanomill is a specialized milling device used to grind materials down to the nanoscale, typically between 1 and 100 nanometers. It employs advanced techniques, such as high-energy ball milling or shear force, to achieve fine particle sizes.
